Silicone spray works a treat.
pull belt all the way out spray belt at the top either side. Let it retract a few times should work unless theres a component fault.
Clean the belt and the metal runners at the top. Use a cotton bud or a flat head screwdriver with a bit of cottton cloth to get into the metal bit.
Failing that a bit of the dashboard shine sponge on the top of the belt on the side that faces out towards the steering (NOT THE INSIDE OR ITLL END UP ON YOUR CLOTHES) and it should slicken up nicely.
Try cleaning the belt and runners with a mild fairy liquid solution first before trying the dash shine sponge.

Hello,
Recently my passengers side heated Wing mirror has stopped working, although drivers side is fine.
The electric mirrors move fine on both sides, just seems to be the heated element on that 1 side.
