I bought a set like this earlier in the year and was not impressed. The looked bright indoors and at night, but dim in daylight... so pointless. I ended up selling them.

TBH the majority of DRLs on eBay are going to be pants. I'd recommend Atomics DRLs.

Most of the sets on eBay are plastic and are made on the cheap with standard LED's.

If you want the to be visible during the day you need to get a set that use high power LED's (upwards of 1W).

I sell a set that uses 3W LED's that are way brighter than the cheap eBy sets, there are links to both sets in my signature below.

yes atomics looks very good but im sorry 100 is way over my budget to consider

The smaller ones are £70, but if your budget won't stretch to this you will struggle to find a kit that is bright enough to be of any real use.
