Hi,ordered some tein s tech springs for my type r from larkspeed £127 delivered, great but they have advised me there is a 2 week wait so have suggested eibach but they are 25mm front and rear opposed to 15 and 20 i have the standard alloys will these be ok or will they rub many thanks for your input

Don't understand mate the Eibach Pro Kit thet have suggested says 25mm front and rear

its 25mm for the 1.8 the ctr is 10mm lower as standard so 15mm

Being new to all this would it be worth the extra £20 or wait for the teins to come in,i have a susspected cracked rear spring that showed up with a camera inspection from a local garage but they said i should remove to be 100% so i thought change them, but i dont want it too low and rubbing cheers

wait for the teins imo the extra 5mm on the rear is actually noticeable

im sure someone will lend you a standard spring for a few weeks and its a ten minute job to change one

Yes wait for teins car sits great as coste1l said you do notice the extra 5mm on rear as it sits level I have them

I have lowered my ctr 30 mm on standard wheels, no rubbing at all even with 4 of us in the car. I reckomend the springs through ABPMotorsport
