Hi Guys,
There was someone asking about what to cover the back of the exhaust triangles with as he has no exhaust there and i have made something. Some of you may think it is a bodged job but i like it and it works.
Firstly i took off the original triangle blanc's and cleaned the silver triangles with thinners, and also the inner exhaust bit.
We had this silver allimiminium left over when we changed our fireplace so i cut that to the size of the exhaust at the back and bent it around the trim at the back. I taped this with insulation tape, you can use soleder but i couldnt be bothered, and this was still strong enough.
And then i just clipped them back in.
As you can see it looks cool rather than holes in the triangles.
BTW, what do you guys think of the Type S Badge, it is a copy from China, i managed to get two for £16 delivered.
