That lug wrench looks handy. I have a similar one which was a freebie with some Momo alloys, years ago. Works a treat but is a single size (19mm). It's just a half inch socket fitting tho, so is adaptable.

I replaced the nearside skull cap and broken indicator this afternoon. MOT pass ahead.

I picked up 2 caps from eBay and found one had a broken clip. So much for all the clips being intact! Thankfully it hasn't hindered the install.

Had a run around looking for wheel nuts too, no joy there. The online supplier is out of stock, so will do prep this weekend instead.

Also hoping to take mrsF's Vdub over to see Shaun on Sunday, weather permitting...

Yeah, but thankfully the cap is secure. I just bloomin' hate it when folk aren't honest. Hey ho, they were cheap.

Nah, it's one of the last reliable Golf's, a mk5 :worms: She loves it, which is the main thing and on the whole it's been a good motor (touch wood, long may it continue).

So on balance, the indicator repair is okay
