Never watched Fifth Gear. Didnt such rubbish car shows existed 
What a terrible way to test a car and compare to Type R. Didnt event discuss the features of the car adequately.
Nearly 90% of the Civic ehev reviews have shown it to be a superb car.

It's up on their YouTube channel now. To be honest it wasn't as bad as some people made it sound. Still 7-7.5 out of 10 they rated it which is decent.
Jason potato is playing a bit of a character in this it seems. Comes across as a bit of a bell at times.
And it made sense they decreed it would be better as a phev, because this show is called recharge, so it has an emphasis on electric vehicles from the start. It wouldn't fit their brand if they said it was better than a phev. And it's not, its just different. But I did think her saying a hybrid feels old fashioned is a bit short sighted. This car has to suit the whole world market, not just central London.

There was no real helpful content just a load of idiots trying to put down what is essentially a good car! Id prefer full hybrid to plug in as you dont need to be faffing about plugging and unplugging in the pouring rain if your in a rush to get somewhere!

Plus, the additional deadweight of a bigger battery that does nothing when the car is running with the engine. So much for "fuel economy".
Sooner the tree-hugging lunatics and their green agenda is thrown in the bin, the quicker we can get back to driving cars without added baggage. These eco-clowns should go to China/India/Brazil/Russia and other polluting nations and see how they fare with their green diktats there....

The VXR? Yea they pulled the fuse on the TC so it understeered like no ones business. Back then it was well known he was a Ford man. He had an Escort Cossie and got an Allocation for the Ford GT, bet he wish he'd kept that now. So many cops all said that, although they never got the VXR, the Police version with the 2.8T was the best car they used in the Noughties.

5th Gear has always been a "me too" POS "show" with rejects like VBH who knows nothing about cars beyond the script handed to her and Plato who robs humanity of oxygen.
