Today i just cruised with my car at 3500 rpm and it suddenly died. I can't start it anymore. Sometimes it looks likes it want to start but i falls out again. Someone knows what it can be? I already checked al the fuses and the fuel pump.

Getting fuel ?
Getting spark ?
Got oil ?
Got water ?
If so it could be a blockage or water instead of petrol ?
No error codes ?

Which relay do i have to check?

*I think i get fuel because i hear the fuel pump.
*Sparks i have to check tomorrow because i have to remove the cover above the spark plugs:(, but can they all be broken suddenly?
*Oil level is good
*Water level is good
*What kind of blockage do you mean?
*Can i somewhere read out error codes, without a computer?

Take the fuel feed off the fuel rail and make sure fuel is being pumped.
The lines/filter could be blocked.

Is it continuous pumping fuel or just a couple of seconds before starting? I have took the fuel feed off and there was coming fuel out of the hose, fuel was under pressure when removing the hose (with ignition off).
Where can i find the fuel pump relay? I only found a fuel pump fuse.
I read some stories of broken cam shains. What happens if the cam shain breaks? Can i quickly check if it's broken?

There was a recall out for this
ENGINE MAY CUT OUT AND OR FAIL TO START Description :It has been identified that the engine may fail to start, or may stall, and fail to restart. This situation is caused by the presence of water residue from the tank testing procedure, being left on the fuel pump wiring connector block. This situation can result in electrolytic corrosion of the connector terminals which may then break, thus interrupting the electrical supply to the fuel pump, with subsequent loss of fuel pressure. Remedial Action :Recalled vehicles will be checked for the presence of corrosion and or water on the fuel pump connector block. Should this situation be found, the fuel pump assembly will be replaced.

Had this exact same problem myself on my celica today

Turned out to be corrosion on the fuel pump connectors so it does sound like a fuel issue to me

The type-r is living again! Thanks for the quick replies and suggestions. After checking al the fuses, relays and other possible things i decided to take the fuel pump out. After it was out the problem was clear. I HAD NOT ENOUGH FUEL!
The weird thing was that the fuel meter said there was a quarter of fuel in the fueltank and yesterday I already put a 5 litre jerrycan extra in it, with hindsight that wasn't enough to activate the fuel pump.
The problem was that the floater was stuck in 1 position. Is this a common problem?
