FN2 Exhaust Tailpipe fell off!

This is the current status of my right rear tailpipe:
Tire Wheel Automotive tire Vehicle Motor vehicle

Shortly after purchasing my 2010 Type-R FN2 the right tailpipe fell off the exhaust system (it unwelded, most likely), which now causes strong vibrations to the car on the rear right side when sitting still. How can I fix this? I do not have access anymore to the part that unwelded, so I am considering one of the following options:
1. Replace the entire end of the right exhaust pipe (found this, but it's a little too expensive for my taste)
2. Replace the entire exhaust pipe system with an aftermarket one to prevent any other parts from suffering the same fate (definitely works but it's over 550 pounds)
3. Other suggestions?

I am looking for the cheapest possible option; I do not feel the need for an aftermarket exhaust system unless mandatory, as I am happy with the stock sound.

Try Eurocarparts.
I know they can do exhaust parts for the 1.8 8G civic.
You will have to phone as it won't be on the website

That back box looks like Swiss cheese.
Mind you for £88 the bit you need is likely to be in good condition as it's only an exit pipe.

Ah, it's called a back box - might help when searching for spare parts in the future. Thanks all for the suggestions!
