Hi all. Looking to do my first couple of subtle mods an have been looking at swapping my standard front grill. The Perspex one. For a type s black mesh grill. Seen a few for sale but only from 07> reg cars.

My question is- Do all front grills mount the same? Can I buy a type s grill from an 07-08 plate car for my 2006 ex.


Any helps greatly appreciated as I'm new to the world of civics.

The grilles for i-shift Civics are
different. Something to do with the airflow I think?
