As I have recently posted we are making a few changes to our FN2 turbo kits.
We currently have 2 cars in which we are running newly developed Front mount intercooler setups rather than the charge cooler systems on previous setups.

We are also in the process of testing some new turbos out where a new partner we have is doing something specifically for our requirements.

First car already has intercooler on together with all the boost pipes done. We have retained the OEM battery just moved it slightly.
This new setup retains original manifold and downpipe configuration but allows for people wanting to run more power for longer periods.

The chargecoolers work fine on road cars but struggle over 450bhp if pushed hard to maintain stable temperatures without looking at bigger cores and radiators so space being at a premium and people wanting specifically more track focused setups we are developing stuff again.

Got a few pictures of the new layout of the boost pipes and intercooler fitment. We didn't need to cut anything on the chassis to get the pipes in, we made a new relocation plate up and were able to just move the battery slightly which gave the room we needed and bumper only needed the smallest of trims to get the boost pipes around the side.

All in all we are very pleased with the way this has turned out.

At the moment there shouldn't be any difference in kit prices which are £4500 for the kit and £1500 for fitting and dyno tuning

It's on the dyno now and making same power as expected as the chargecooled systems. Am expecting it to be slightly less responsive due to increased pipe lengths but not so it's noticeable.

Some good work going on there TP. You have come along a fair bit now. Nice to see progression.

Certainly has and with progress we have been making we are getting approached by some top names that want to work with us in developing stuff which is fantastic for the end users as it brings more options and possibilities to the market.
