Hey got the footwell lighting in my type r 2008 plate fitted by honda when bought car last year. the lighing doesnt appear to be as bright as i would like and the dial that you can turn to tuen brightness up for your dash and footwell lighting is up full.

please advise on what i should do ?

Head to the civinfo traders section, there's a much better kit over there. I was going to get one, but after changing all the interior bulbs it's blue enough!

i just found asomeone who posted previosuly about the footwell lighting should i be drilling the blue plastic bit out for more brightness?

It's worth looking at, I wouldn't do it personally.

I just done my footwell lights tools needed : good back
And sticky insulation tape
All I did was unclip them and relocate with sticky tape to a new location there are no need gaps already made ??? And presto I have bright footwells bling kching

you can see what kind of LEDs they are and replace them with ones that give more lumens
