Hi.

I'm only two weeks into being a Civic owner (Mk8 2.2D) and I've just managed to ding it already [smilie=mad.gif]. I parked it, nose-in at my local Tescos and they've stupidly got a planted border with kerbstones around the inside of the car park. I'm still getting used to the length of the front and the very low road clearance.... so.... I ended up driving into the kerbstones, and now the front panel / bumper has been pushed downwards like this:-

I'm assuming there is some kind of metal frame behind the panel that I can bend back upwards to get the bumper back to its proper position ? I took the undertray off last week as the front edge of it came loose and got mangled on the road, and I'm a bit worried that the whole panel is held together with those little plastic clips and there is no frame and it only gets its rigidity from being clipped to other bits of plastic.

Any ideas ?

Many thanks in advance.
