it is diesel.I was think the same but I bought 5 litres of diesel warm up then put in clean tin then I toke the priming off and put the pipe into to the tin after a few minutes all gone.I have to confuse that the proble been resolved for 2 day.I was drive 15miles per day then happen again the car stopped .The fuel rail is under a set pressure... the pump provides more fuel pressure than required to deliver enough fuel.
The excess fuel is sent back to the tank by a pressure relief valve normally.
That way the fuel presure at the injectors is always the same.
If the fuel return is blocked the excess pressure cant be relieved.
So the extra fuel has to go somewhere..... or the pump has to stop
I dont believe there is a fuel return on the honda....think its in the tank at the pump instead.

valve or pipe blockage.
I think you need to pump 300-400 times in the honda pdf.
track the route from the priming bulb back to tank and make sure there is no issue en route.
I beleibe there is a one way valve too to stop the fuel flowing backward.
