Mounting winter tires I found myself with a difficult choice: :hmmmm2: the hubcaps for my rims.
I do not like plastic hubcap pretending to be mags. They look so fake, poor and cheap. :bawling:
So I chose something completely different. [smilie=madking.gif]
Directly from the United States here are my new full hubcap. [smilie=gunhappyyan:
They are made in brushed stainless steel, (looking like the handles)
and now my little girl seems to have come from outer space. :cyclops:

They look so strange also to me... and I really love them!!!
Here in Milano I'm the only one to have it... (over 3 million people) and I noticed that they make the same effect of our cars: you love it or you hate it... but all look at you.

Wow! London taxi have such a wonderfull hubcap!?!? never noticed... I will take a look.

One one my doubts was the cooling of the brakes, but than I made some considerations:

- I use them with the winter tyres (only in cold weather) for summer time I have "normal" mags. So I hope that the low temperature and the air from under car will be enough.

- Usually I don't drive too fast, expecially in bed weather winter times, so I don't reach temperature too high.

- They are not made in plastic but in stainless steel so they will not melt down with heat.

- this Hubs are really too nice to consider others things...

- When I look at my car I see something different from other car. Is more futuristic and space. Now it's even more like this...

Yep, my Dad drove a Hackney cab for years and his hub caps were exactly the same, lol.

I kinda like them, a little bit different.

The Civic one are just a little more futuristic

In contrast with most of the concept cars, it's not that different from the retail Sierra. 8th gen Civic concept was closer, though

Are these Full Moons available in black, too? Would've made your car the second Kit. Only adjust the 3rd brake ligth a bit
