Ordered a smart black headbadge.

The replacement badge is flat, the OEM one is slightly curved.

I meticulously cleaned all the old residue off and dried the grill
Held the new badge on place until my fingers went numb.
It's peeled off at the top. This is my second badge, second attempt at this.
Any suggestions? Glueing it would be tricky as it's hollowed out at the back so the glue would only be on the very edges.

i leaned something up against the badge when i installed mine, seemed to help but i just re-checked it and mine is securely attached at the sides and the centre, but is about 1mm proud on the top and bottom bars if that makes sense.

been on for about a year, its such a small gap its not noticable, seems secure. i'm not worrying about it. :)

Thanks. Mine popped more than that at the top second time round.
I've been thinking of ways to re attach it but they all seem to have a downside. I think I'm going to use the dreaded plastidip on the og badge.

I thought I'd sorted this over the weekend. I used some clear CT1 adhesive and lashed the badge down flat using zip ties. Left it overnight. Didn't hold though. I need some adhesive that I will bond but that I can wipe away any excess immediately after pressing the two surfaces together.
