Hiya every one
Ive got an EX model and ive noticed that in the last couple of days the buttons on the head unit:map, climate control, return etc are sticking. Im assuming this is the recent burst of heat. Anyone else ever had issues concerning the buttons on the head unit?

Crazy that ive just got the Civic back from the dealer having done the fuse box, a squeaky clutch and squeaky steering wheel and now have squeaky sticking buttons!

Cheers
Chris

Had this before, it was the silicone in the polish I used to wipe the dash with it that made the buttons stick,

Ahh i have used silicone spray to fix some squeaks in the dashboard. What did you do when you got the buttons sticking? WD40 to degreash them or just let them cool and dry out?

No mate just gave it a good wipe with a damp cloth, it wasn't on the ctr it was on a vectra, just covered the knife with the cloth to get in the sides of the buttons. HTH
