hello, been browsing the forum for a while and needed to contact some one so thought I sign up, owner of a 2.2 orange type s (our lasses car), I have a MR2 tintop turbo atm (had 3 of them, a bit of a fan)

bought the civic in the summer as we're planning (now having) a family so our lass wanted a decent sized motor aswell as something ok to travel her 60 mile commute.
Not overly keen on the civic myself though, seating postion too high, gear ratios too long, suspension too hard to name but a few. Nice steering wheel though.

The last one was a bit of a flop.

Oiihhh - moderate your language ! ...

Seat can be lowered (built-in mechanism) - suspension is a really easy 'fix' (Eibach lowering springs) - "gear ratios too long" is a new one on me - give the engine a lot of 'beans' and enjoy !!! ...

The lever on the side? If so its on its lowest setting, not actually that keen on the whole seat itself, and erally annoying how its doesnthave any memory when you flip it forward, do the lowering springs give it a better ride like? Im used to coilovers, lowered suspension, (we're both in our early 30's and like modded cars so have a quite a string of them)

btw, what does the mrs think of the civic ?

The mrs like the civic more than me, shes very forgiving and im such a critic lol.

had it since march, dont think its going to win me over now lol

its been snowfoamed and cleaned inside and out today though nice and clean again, it is a very nice colour
