What springs you looking at getting?

Have the Eibach 15mm Pro Kit with FRS on mine and would definitely recommend the FRS if your going for springs as well.

Not sure on Springs only supply and fit prices but think i paid in the region of 450 for parts and labour with the Eibachs and FRS.

You also have Tein springs, i had these fitted on mine on the ctr they lower 15mm front 20mm rear. Both great springs for the money, but agree with ste you need get the FRS done as that makes the biggest difference.

Had them done at a professional garage. As far as the Springs go you could put them on yourself if your mechanically minded. Though with the FRS as your altering the geometry settings you need specialist equipment to alter the camber that the car will ride at. All FRS settings are different depending on what your after. The more aggressive then the quicker you'll need new tyres.

No idea what garages are available on Canvey Island sorry.

PS. As Lee said theres also Tein which will make your car look better as it lowers the rear a bit more so the car is level from front to back. Hope that all makes sense ;-)

I swear by the Eibach -25mm springs - but you'll really need an FRS - then, wheel spacers to complete the look and feel

Use a specialist for the work - TDi South ?
