Hi there,

First post, but I've just bought a 3 door 2.2 diesel type s civic, I pick it up in 2 weeks time. I'm happy about Honda throwing in brand new white 18" type r alloys, but I'm slightly dissapointed with a few features, and Im wondering if anyone can help with my ideas!

Mainly, I'd like to change the radio/ stereo head unit? So it's fills more of the space, and looks alot better, I would need a Fasicas? And the stereo itself! Any ideas? Prices? We're to buy from?

The gear nob And handbrake looks standard? Any good ones available and were from?

Front headlight bulbs to HID? And footwell led lights!

I would also like to get it remapped, but i don't know if it's worth it, and if it will damage the car !

Any reccomendations?

You can change the oem stereo with a double din unit loads of threads about them on the forum not sure how much these cost think about £400 for the unit itself and would require a new facia facia this can be bought from honda.

Skunk2 gear knob ftw and can pick up a cheap leather gaitar surround for it on ebay as well as for the handbrake.

Speak to MR JP on the forum mate he can sort you out with the bulbs

Loads of people have had there 2.2 remapped no heard of anybody having problems maybe need to upgrade the clutch though am sure someone else can answer better.
