Hi Thanks for reading.

I've got HFT on my 06 2.2 EX and when i pair my phone and make a call it all works except the person receiving the call get loads of interference on there end.
After doing some research on here and elsewhere i've heard its something to do with the microphone being too close to the phone.

First question, is the microphone the small slated grill to the left of the steering column,

If so can it be moved?
Where is beset for the mic to go?
Is a software update available?

You get the jist.

Any help would be great.

It's actually in the over head console next to the map lights.

Would that not mean the mic and aerial would cause interference against each other.

Not sure what you mean?.... The aerial is on the rear screen

My apologies. I'm looking at my mates. He's got an after market aerial for some
Reason. Just checked mine and mine is in the rear screen. I've done the microphone mod so when I get chance I'll ring a few people to test it.
