compared to a ford focus st no compared to my wifes 1.5dci micra then yes we always get high twentys and sometimes low thirtys on everyday driving ans even more on a run, welcome to the forum

Hi & Welcome, Im a new Type R own and in the 2 weeks I have had it I have done a few thousand miles already, I tend to be getting around 29mpg for urban and around 36 to 39 mpg on the motorways pending on cruising speed and if I use cruise control.
