It looks to me like the metal is stretched so it would be a filler and paint job. You may be able to get to it from the inside to push some of it out first. Probably by removing boot trim but it'll be quite far in so may need a long pry bar. I'm no expert though so may be wrong.
get dent devils to get it out best as they can £35 a panel plus vat then fill and spray have had a couple of creases and dents taken out and they can work magic in some circumstances.good luck with the repair.
not nice to hear that steve had the same sort of thing happen to me came out of asda and lo and behold there,s a crease in my door from a trolley.i dont care now i take up two spaces the white line between the spaces right thru the middle of my car.go in and see if there,s any cctv footage from the time.

Recently my passengers side heated Wing mirror has stopped working, although drivers side is fine.
The electric mirrors move fine on both sides, just seems to be the heated element on that 1 side.
