How can i leave a passenger in the back seat and lock the car for safety reasons without the alarm going off ?
I think that in case of need the doors allways open on the inside , but the alarm goes off right ?

If you have an internal sensor for the alarm in your car, :---
Pull the external door handle after you get out and keep it pulled in.
Flick the internal door switch ( the big one with the large red mark on it).
Close the door and release the external handle.
Leave Mother in law in car for at least 2 weeks until fully chilled.

I thought just a single press on the fob would lock the car but not arm the alarm, it's when you do the deadlocks that triggers the alarm ?

I could very well be way off course here as I never have reason to lock anyone in the car - and no, I don't want to borrow a mother-in-law to check it out :)

I would suggest a tazer, that would stun them enough so they wouldn't move and set off the alarm, or annoy you on trips.

Just for clarity, on the UK spec, only the ES, EX, Type S GT and both Type Rs actually get interior motion sensors in the first place.

jorelph - assuming you have one of these, then no, locking the door with just the key does not turn off the interior sensors.

See the How To link mentioned above for what you need to do :)
