Hi Guys,

I recently noted that once my engine is warn, the idle is at about 700-800 rpm? There is no shaking or anything.

Ref its a 58 Plate Civic 1.8 ES Manual.

any thoughts?

Cheers

I will check mine took over the weekend. No the RPM is above 1 when cold. in the winter time its like 1.5 and the drops down to below 1 and sit around 700-600 rpm.

very strange. the RPM hunts slightly when air con is on but then i think there is a ac leak as it doesn't blow cold anymore.
