That would solely depend on what you class as value for Money or something you enjoy doing or collecting? Some would argue why spend £4000 on a nice rolex when a £80 timex does exactly the same job , is it 40x better , it's just a watch that tells the time but millions of people will happily spend that kind of money on one. It depends how you look at it the same as everything in life. Alot of people would gladly spend £1200 on an exhaust system to gain what 10bhp? £100 per 1 bhp which would get you from a to b in a tenth of a second quicker? Waste of money per cost for the gains involved.. I've done the tuning route so many times spent in excess of £10,000 to make things faster and looked back and thought why? I can probably name 50 people who have spent £800 on crystal rock and think it's the best money they've ever spent on wax for the look and protection they have and a 10 year supply when topping up every 3 months.
