I have tried a few glass cleaners for inside the car but everyone iv tried leaves streaks.

Can anyone recommend one that doesn't leave streaks as I hate looking through a streaky windscreen

Auto glym glass polish is very good for a deep clean , but a pain for every time .auto glym Fast glass was the first easy to use glass cleaner I found , excellent for weekly cleans. I also have some 3m glass cleaner , this is my fav due to price/performance. Never had a problem with streaks from it . Also tried swissvax crystal , was good but not worth the money over the other ones which done as good a job .

A good deep clean really helps make the glass easy to clean in future, keep on top of it atleast once a month and it shuldnt be hard to leave a good streak free finish. and a decent glass cloth really makes the job easier . Dodo one is great .

How about steam cleaning the windows? i dont have a steam cleaner though

Polishedbliss.com for the 3m cleaner , they do free delivery aswel . They also do a great glass cloth called the cloud buster .

Waxamomo.com have both products but charge postage . However the dodo glass cloth is cheaper. So saves postage cost .

I use polished bliss usually , great service . Haven't used waxamomo so can't comment.

Furniture wipes and a microfiber cloth, works on glass, dashboard etc and no smearing. Does an excellent job on the perspex and shinny black plastic around the tacho.

Try it, sounds strange but really works - use a wipe and then remove the residue with a microfiber cloth. Don't use a yellow duster - has to be a microfiber cloth.
I sold my Civic 1.8L last week and the salesman commented on how new the instrument panel looked.

+1 good on the inside as well as the outside

I also used some on the speed/rev counter plastics as they had been contaminated with dashboard cleaner in the past and were all smeary

I stated in an older thread that mr muscle works as good as anything, am now using AG fast glass and am convinced it is better. It is definatly worth paying a little more especially when halfords 3 for 2 is on

I dont believe its about glass cleaner. Its about glass towel and how you wipe after.
BTW i use chemical guys and dodo with some waffle towel and never had any problems and they are designed to be window tint safe

IPA (neat or diluted with deionised water) and a microfibre cloth gives you streak free cleaning on the inside glasses :thumbsup:

Bang on... Hence glass cleaning cloths are not like microfibres.
