Is there a system on the market or could i build my own so the filter would sit where the battery is if i relocated the battery?

I was looking at the hks kit but i fancy something a little different

The CPL intake comes with a battery relocation kit.. Quite a few people are very happy with these after they have been mapped. The kit does work according to CPL without a map although as with everything Type R a custom map will make everything shine.

I have the CPL CAI and it is very good. I also understand Tegiwa are in the process of developing something.

I like the idea of this and it's similar to the set up I had on my corsa (down and behind the fog grill)
Would it affect anything if I made up my own system and placed it actually where the battery ( and relocated the battery to the boot) is now? Or has anyone done anything like this?
I imagine it would be easy to get a air feed directly to it there?
