Hi

1st time poster.

I've had my 2006 Honda Civic for just over 3 years now and the other day the boot release stopped working - normally unlocks with the remote control but now it wont unlock.
I've tried looking for the internal boot release but I can't find it. I've even had a good look thru the manual but its not listed there either. And I've had a search on this forum too for 'boot release' but still can't find it.

Can anyone out there help?
I'll probably need to get it fixed, but for now just need to open the boot!

Strange. I just searched using the term 'boot release' and got 4 results. One was yours though.

Seems it may be something to do with the drivers door actuator. Try http://www.civinfo.com/forum/bugs-f...ck-release-broken.html?highlight=boot+release
