Hi guys,

I'm normally the unluckiest person in the world, in my 35 years I've never won anything, that is until I "liked" Kleers on Facebook!

A few months back I won a bottle of Wax (really good stuff) just for liking them and then last week I won a buy one get one free code for guessing what one of there products was (the label had been removed) anyway I'd definitely recommend checking them out over on FB!

I have got to be honest ive never really got kleers.
I know they sponsor the time attack etc but ive never ever seen them in the mainstream of detailing in any form really. Ive tried the wax but just didnt get it , it didnt really seem to do alot for me and squirty out of a can just seems wrong. I spoke in depth with their chemist at Brands hatch last year or when it first came on the scene and to be fair it was nice to speak to someone who gave me solid information mainly about ptfe etc because the guys selling simply didnt and lost me speaking about polishes and sealents as the same product but i put this down to guys selling products but not knowing the product well enough as it was new out so i looked through this...
I would like to see some details done with it and see it used by professional detailers or at least good amateurs on Detailingworld as a start to finish product not just at a show given away free then the owners going back to what they usually use which i know half the time is the case , youve only got to look at cars i prepare for the Autoglym top25 and you,ll know the car i prepared at ModNats couple years ago that won overall car was done with swissvax and finished with crystal rock yet had to pretend Autoglym products were used , totally lame.
This isnt a dig at kleers but i just dont get the marketing of it , it seems to be marketed in its own arena not outside that , i speak to so many people and when i mention kleers no one knows who they are? i even asked the question on Detailingworld and out of 40,000 members hardly anyone answered.

I put posts on Detailing World and never had them answered so I dont think thats a very good indication!

Looking at the Kleers range I think its aimed at the same market as maybe Autoglym, but maybe I'm wrong. Rob is on Facebook so maybe "like" his page and ask him, he seems like a decent guy and I'm sure would answer your questions.

I did , he chuckled something but didnt come back with anything substantial so i presume its a limited audience.
To the OP , what did you prepare the car with prior to the show and how long had it been on.?

Nice company in the background Performance Direct , i prepare theirOakley Designs 458 Italia. :)

Anything you want to know about Kleers just ask , It belongs to my family! Sponsors of Time Attack UK used in TA Japan , Our Sumo/JRM GT1 team and well known within our scene.. Any questions give my brother Rob a shout his email is [email protected] - He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire range.. It may be the person that you spoke to was helping him out an event day.

I've witnessed first hand the time, effort and expense that has gone into creating this range of products .. I'm sure my bro will hook you up with some samples for you to have a crack with...As with all relatively new products these things take time , so I guess your guys at Detailingworld just need to get with the program ;)!! x
