How can I clean it and make the leather stay like new without using those leather conditioners as they say to not use on car controls.
I use Autoglym, onec a year or so, on all the leather - I also have aftermarket seats and door cards etc. ...
For the steering wheel, it can leave it a touch 'sticky', so after the AG, I use a soft cloth to apply some mineral oil mxed with a little warm water, leave to dry, and vigourously polish witha dry cloth ...
For scrapes etc., you can't beat "Cherry Blossom Renovating Creme" ...
My son scraped the Light Grey centre panel of the front passenger seat - looked nasty - specialist wanted a couple of hundred £UK to fix it - after several light applications (rubbing well in) and buffings (removing all surplus), it's 99.9% "as-new" - and cost me about zero in materials and a couple of minutes of my time, twice a week for a month (or so) ...
Problem is, you can't buy these products here ! - so, last time I was in the UK, I went to a branch of 'Timpsons' and bought around 20 different products ...
