Im going for the Lexus look i have seen many people have the LED style look led bulbs but i think it looks obvious. I want a subtle look, to make it look factory. The actual lexus official look isnt bulbs ive heard its cold-cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs).

Does anyone have any wire diagram of the number plate light position i could fit these into position.

Can i ask does anyone know how wide are each lens of cover of where the bulb sits and does this come apart?

Open your boot and look up, remove the 2 plastic covers. The number plate bulbs are either side of the lock. There isn't a lot of room to get cathodes in there.

I would think you could achieve the look you are going for with some 'warm white' LEDs rather than 'ice white'.
