Hi everyone

I've started to get a bit of backache from my 06 civic and was just wondering if there are any recommended lumbar support items I could use to ease some of the pain?

could get one of these from pound land , not the seat but the spring backed support lol

Get one of these inflatable cushion things, and tape it under the seat upholstery, with the squeeze bulb etc. outside

I have had my 2008 EX civic for 3 months and I have backache! I have never had problems with any of my previous cars (Fiat 500, Peugeot 406 coupe, '95 VW Polo) and do not suffer from back problems, but these seats have no lumbar support & the damn head restraints jut forward.

This is my solution £50 Obusforme "Lowback Backrest Support" - had it for 1 day and my back is easing off.
