On my 9G I always turned the cruise control off when not in use via 'Main' button on the steering wheel.

On the 10G, is there any advantage to keeping it on when not using the ACC? i.e. does keeping it on enable LKAS at all times? I've noticed that it stays on until you press main, even after the engine has been switched off - can't remember if this was also the case with the 9G.

Sorry, I should RTFM!

Yes same as with 9G, if main on at shut down will still be on next startup. You can still activate LKAS without ACC as long as the main is on and your speed is above 72kph (45mph) according to the euro manual. Speeds may be different in the UK manual.

LKAS button is non-persistent, will need to be pressed every startup to activate.
