I have noticed that there is two areas under the rear seat missing trim the clip holes are there but the trim is missing. Is this the same on your cars?

is that rear seats on 3 door as per your cts gt sig. looks like somethings missing as theres a clip in one of the pics that it should be holding on to

no it's normal, as your car is a 3dr and the seat don't fold up, honda didn't bother to fit them.

Really that's a bit tight, the seats have the fold up function just odd they have not fitted them. Has anyone with a 3dr got them fitted?

They will fold up, but there are not ment to, you have to flick the little lever over before they will raise, think this is way they haven't fitted them
