I bought the car four years ago and changed the polyswitches in both SOD units in the power mirrors, all has worked fine until this week when the passenger mirror doesn't move at all. Replaced the polyswitch and nothing, swapped the working SOD from drivers side and nothing. My thought is that the motor has burnt out, anyone agree?
It has been folding more slowly for a while now and strangely would not fold properly without the engine running whereas the drivers side folded with just the ignition switch turned on.

I now notice that folding the mirror in manually there isn't much resistance whereas the working drivers side offers resistance!! Cox website have a new OEM one for £181 is this a good price?

Bit the bullet and ordered and fitted a brand new unit and guess what still no movement, I'm now thinking the switch may be the problem #expensiveday!!
