Hi, i joined this forum a few weeks ago and picked up my 2007 Type S GT 2.2 CDTi last week. Have only just had a chance to give it nice clean and get some pictures.
Im loving the Civic, really nice to drive, full of gadgets and pulls really hard. Alot better quality than my last car...a peugeot 207 gt turbo.

Its standard at the moment apart from the front grill which i think looks really smart but i have a few plans such as the type R spoiler and maybe lowering it plus some other accessories. Maybe colour coding too.

I fitted some Type S decals today and also have some wind deflectors on order =)

Maybe or it could just be the fact im normally used to driving petrol cars so not used to it being so Torquey lol

Nice motor mate.

Get it colour coded. A few people say because it's black it won't make much difference but it does.

One of the best things I done to my CTS when I had it.

Cheers guys, yeah they do look nice colour coded. Think il have to take a trip to the body shop after christmas, see how much to colour code and paint a spoiler for me. Anybody know the best place to get a Type R spoiler from?

There's a type s spoiler in the for sale section.
Not as chunky as the CTR spoiler but still looks good and easier to fit.

You may read on here that some have had problems with their Civics, but I didn't have a single problem worth mentioning with my 2.2 Type S GT, in the 4 years I owned it.

Thanks, I will do lol. Glad to hear that, one of the reasons I wemt for a honda was because iv heard there reliable...so fingers crossed lol. as the previous owner on a peugeot 207 gt that had nothing but problem after problem, the reliability is even more important lol

Haha I cant afford any now iv baught me civic lol. na those are my dedicated working on the car trainers lol, cant get the decent ones dirty lol. proves how well I cleaned the car doesnt it, how well you can see the trainers in the paint work lol
