A pic of new pride and joy. Had it just a month now and loving it.

Some more pics when I get chance.

Thinking about getting the rear windows tinted. I have seen Rich 11 pics and it looks nice. But does anyone else have NHB with tints and any pics.

Tinted windows on a black car can make it look like a van ( My Opinion )

Cheers Wheelchair.

But a Civic van, maybe if it where white which a lot of people on here crave.

Can I assume that once the tint is on it's on and only replacing the windows will get rid of it.

Tint them all round it won't look like a van then,I did !! You'll have to be well unlucky to get pulled.
Not worth the hassle IMHO.

It just gives them an excuse to pull you over, and each time that happens its circa 20 mins wasted, plus any fixed penalty they give you (endorsable or non, still a sting in the wallet, and potentially insurance).

I don't know if it is just paranoia, but being relatively fresh faced (usually clean shaven too) and still youngish to have a new car (20) I'd not want to give them any excuse to pull me.

Not mad at all. Perfectly sensible decision!
It's alright in the summer but not very good in the winter, the roof also leaked a little when it peed it down.
Can also say for the record that it was only the BMW I traded in and not my nephew, I don't think my sister would be pleased. lol [smilie=laff.gif]
