Hi all.

Recently purchased a fn2 civic r 2007 in Milano Red. Nice low mileage of 50k.

Car has built in satnac and interested to know what double dins people have fitted and how they got round the climate control mode switch

i dont have satnav but i do have climate control and there was no issue with fitting this Pioneer

I personally have a Pioneer SPH-DA120 unit in my car.

Usually to get the climate control working the Connets2 wiring harness would be used (ref. CTSHO002.2). However their website states: "Please note: this interface is not compatible with OEM navigation systems." I have heard of people replacing their central screen with a none satnav unit instead and that seemed to work for them.

Go double din with carplay or android auto screen mirroring for a better sat Nav over the HU. Get the connects 2 adapter as mentioned. The Hu sat Nav will be well out of date by now.

I'd do the speakers while you are at it, possibly drop in a 4chan amp via RCA on the new unit
