Hi All

Just a quick mail to introduce myself.

I bought a '09 plate CTR in black 2 weeks ago and have just found this forum, it's great with lots of useful threads/info.

I'm really, really pleased with the car, 14k miles on the clock and feels like new, the engine is addictive and I basically can't stop smiling when I drive it......it beats my previous Focus 1.8 Zetec hands down on personality, looks and performance (Focus was good though to be fair, it never missed a beat and cost me next to nothing to run). I decided to buy the car through a Honda dealer (hopefully for peace of mind!!) and couldn't have been happier with their service (Marshalls of Hull).

Anyway, I won't babble on any longer..........I'm one very happy Civic Type R owner!!

No, I'm from Goole, just happened to see the car advertised in Hull when I was looking on Auto Trader so it wasn't far for me to go and look at it........I initially didn't want a black CTR because my Focus was black and showed every mark......but it looked stunning........just means I have to keep it clean all the time, not such a bad thing though!!
