I got my new head unit and surround on its way, went for the alpine*INE-W925R with sat nab DVD play back Bluetooth and so much more, can't wait to fit this and then the subs can go in and I'll have boom back once again

Nice one. Which sub are you getting?
I personally find the alpine systems a bit harder to use but they feel solid

I've got 2 15" Sony explod subs waiting to go in and a 500 watt mono block alpine amp. I only bought the subs to blow up years ago while I saved for better ones but they are still going, I'm very shocked by this

ok sound system is now in and running but now I have hit a snag, how do you set the clock and date on the car display now that the clock setting buttons have gone

Press and hold mode button on steering wheel then use skip and volume to alter click
