Ok so now I have got my new 17" on their way the next step is for me to lower the guy and in the process improve the handling.

I am not looking to slam the car I just want a snugger fit on the road with the ability to still go over speed bumps.

So, recommendations please :).

Won't say a budget I want prices and brands for mid and high end parts. Want to strive away from budgets really.

Thanks :)

Fitted mine this week; great improvement for the money. £149 was the cheapest I could find them inclusive of VAT and delivery - give Gary @ MotorSportWorld.co.uk a bell. Ordered Thursday @ 5:30pm, arrived Monday morning... can't complain!
coste1l has written a very helpful guide on fitting them too.

Yeeppp - Eibachs for sure ...

The -25mm are probably the best buy - improved ride and handling - deals better with bumps (due to the 'non linear' response) than factory kit ...

Also makes the car look better (filled arches), which only gets better if you add Eibach spacers ...

Then there's "FRS" - at least get a full laser alignment check, after the work is done, to see if you need 'F' only, 'R' only, 'F' & 'R', or nothing ...

Pro-Kit. Give the guys a call tomorrow with the above part number and they'll sort you out.
Alternatively somewhere like ABP or TDI will supply and fit and do an FRS all at once should you want them to.

There's a PDF which you can print out (which I did) in this post:

Just FYI - I highly recommend putting the car on axle stands on both sides when you do the fronts. The reason being that this will take the torsion off the anti-roll bar and make the droplinks a LOT easier to remove.
Probably should consider replacing those at the same time as you'll have to undo them anyway. I've got a link somewhere to the eBay ones I bought, or you can get OEM ones from a Honda dealer.
