Hi,

Can anyone else who's fitted either the Mugen Assist Meters or the Defi meters in the Seeker pod advise me what sort of "normal" operating readings I should be getting?

Thanks

I've had oil temp over 110 and water at 100 after giving it the beans! Oil normally hovers around 80-90 and water at about 70 unless I'm sitting in traffic! I find the oil pressure more interesting it fluctuates between 8 and 2! Strangely it's quite high when cold then drops when it's a little warmer! Will be interesting to see the difference when I get the toda oil pump fitted!

Thats perfectly normal!!!!

Its a result of the oil being thicker when its cold, or so I was told!!!!
Yeah I know! Just seemed strange at first when the engine got hotter I thought the pressure would rise!

I was always told oil normally sits about 10c above water... as its the water that transfers and sheds the engine temps.
If the oil is massively hotter than the water...Id suspect the water wasnt doing its job for some reasons... water pump maybe ??
