Hello

As per the title I've recently noticed an infrequent flickering of my headlights on my 06 Ex when driving at night its momentary but noticable was wondering what this might be?

Try the battery buddy. They flicker like strobe lights when the battery's dead

Its a common thing. You may want to consider a grounding kit. People are sceptical but it sees to have sorted mine, and the radio.
Does it happen anytime or during braking/acceleration?

Seems to happen when driving slowly say in 1st through 3rd?

Battery. Check your error codes and you probably have a weak battery. IMO Honda supply naff batteries

OBDII reader I'm guessing? Or take it to a Honda dealers. Either way, sounds like your battery may be on its last legs.
