I noticed yest when the music was off when I turned left twice I heard a quiet knocking. And today when I went over a bit of a hump.

The best way to describe the noise is if your tyres are pumped up rearly high and you go over a stone and pings away. It sounds like that echoin thought the tyre.

It's a 57 type r. I checked tyre pressures and that wheel nuts were tight. We're all perfect.
Any help would be great.
Thanks
Graham

I think i read somewhere on here that it could be drop links.

Not 100% but sounds similar to what other people have had.

Probably the 'drop links' (a Civic 'weak point'), yes ...

Change them in any case, given the age of the car ...

Otherwise, could be the suspension top mount ...

They are the ends of the (front) anti-roll bar, and are prone to rapid wear - not expensive items, if you shop around

Honda are still (overall) more reliable than VAG or BMW !!!

Yes, yes they are. I've seen more bmw at the side of the road lately.
