im going to try an oil and filter change this weekend on my 2.2 diesel s type
can anyone tell me where to find the filter and what problems i may encounter

The filter is housed in the large fitting clearly visible on top of the engine which requires a if I remember correctly a 74 mm socket to remove, it is a replacable paper element, you will have to remove the undertray which will allow access to sump plug you will need approx 6 litres of oil for oil & filter change ,oil grade should 0w-30 full synthetic Mobil 1 or similar

Xrv750-you dont remember correctly. It is 76mm....(I have this one and already used on changing...).

If you measure it,it's 74mm.I made my own one,76 mm is a slack fit.
