I`m driving around with an oil catch tank and I`m quite happy with it. On extended high rpm runs on the German autobahn it proves its usefullnes.

You wouldn`t believe how much oily gunk the engine can spit out via the pcv valve when you really rag it. The inner contours of the intake manifold are literally plastered with oil and dirt.

It`s quite simple actually. A hose runs from the pcv valve to the catch tank and dumps its contents, from there another hose goes to the intake manifold. It all runs on vacuüm from the intake manifold. The pcv valve is a one way check valve preventing the oily gunk and dirt to go back into the engine. I fitted the tank with a simple clamp and a bolt.

B.T.W. I pm`d you.
