Oil overfil by 100ml, can so little do any harm!

Hi there, i just done a oil and oil filter change on my 2008 Civic HB, 1.8L, 6sp, the oil was nice and hot when draining and i let it drain from the sump plug and oil filter housing for about 15mins.
When refilling the oil i put a little to much in (yep silly me) i worked out i have put 3.81 litres of oil and i think it should of been 3.7 litres so i am about 10ml over. Its so hard to see where the new oil on the orange dipstick is. Should i drain the extra oil or 10ml will be to little to do any harm.
Thanks for any advice

Cheers

sorry got a zero missing, its 100ml not 10ml. Metric system still screws me up

but i am right in thinking that the 1.8L does take 3.7litres of oil with new oil filter?
the damn dipstick is so hard to see. It feels and looks like the oil is just a tiny bit (less than 2mm) above the top xxxx markings

Thanks for the info

Best Regards
