oil service-how much oil i need stick to the engine 1.8 ivtec

hi everyone!
i just got my service stuff today
oil filter
air filter
spark plugs iridium


any my question is

i got 4L Oil Castrol Edge 0W30 and i cant find in manuals how much will b enough to fill it out 1.8 ivtec 2007

thanks bud!!i check youtube and some american guy was service his civic SI and he said 3.7 L i think
It's 3.7 with filter change or 3.6 without but the total oil the car has in it is 4.2 or something managed to find it on the wiki on here as manual said nada

Fill up 3 and a half run engine briefly so oil circulates leave for a while check dipstick and top up accordingly too much oil puts pressure on seals etc but slow and steady and you'll be fine!

Normally 3.7l but I usually wait for 15-20 min. with opened oil tank (car is tilted a bit by the jacks) so 4l can be filled to normal level.

change spark plugs was about 5 min!!worst think was change oil filter for me

Ah ok not bad I'm buying the bits and chucking them to a friend at vauxhalls to do as I trust him and get a stamp plus I get a considerable discount ;)

I used to do that as I'm a trained mechanic anyway but as I'm only going to own the car until around next August as I'm moving away and doubt I'll be able to keep a car so to prove I've looked after her going to get the stamps ;) plus being 20 they think I rag the balls of my car and use cheap parts which is certainly not the case
