Does the radio work? Or is it just CD? When you move the volume control, does the "Volume 12" indication move?

Dispaly shows all is working, it won't work for cd or radio, but it is working because i can here the cd spinning (due to the fact there is no sound :( )
Volume 12 indication???? If u r asking me if the volume shows it is going up and down on the display...yeah it does :D

Thanks guys.

Think i will take it to Honda...do my helpless girl routine!!!!;)
See if they can fix it for me:D
I would have thought though if it was a bad connection the sound would distort and would it be all four speakers?
ANyway, will search on here again and keep you posted

Loose connection im sure, unless you have stumbled upon one of Honda's famous intermittent faults that is about to spread across all of us as quick as the fuel filler cap did [smilie=giggle.gif]

I had something a little similar a few months ago. Merrily driving to work listening to The Moyles when the radio went completely dead. I went through all my preset stations and they too were completely dead. I turned the volume up and there was nothing (was expecting a static sound) but the CD player worked fine! I turned it on and off and still the CD worked but nothing from the radio.

About ten minutes later the problem was gone and I've not had it since.

Glad you are getting the problem fixed without too much hassle. :)
