My 2010 civic keeps showing the outside temperature at crazy readings yesterday it was showing 40° was only about 22° is there a DIY fix or is it a dealer fix

The temp sensor is behind the front bumper and is a relatively simple swap.

No, you will need to remove the bumper tbh. You might get away with removing the grill, but you have to dismantle half the bumper to do that anyway.

External Tempreture Sensor

Does anyone know if there is a way of resetting or calibrating the external temp sensor on the car? Or is it expensive to replace for a new one im sure its not displaying an accurate temperature.
